Once you have made an appointment we will forward a questionnaire looking at your own smoking habits and a tape for you to listen to prior to your appointment.

Each hypnotherapy session lasts approximately 1 hour and will be tailored towards your needs based on the information given in your confidential questionnaire.

A booking fee will be taken at the time of booking and the balance is payable on the day of your session.
